
1. The winter season is slowly starting. The mercury is slowly decreasing. In this situation, many people start suffering from joint pain. It is possible to get rid of this pain easily with some home remedies.
2. Hot and cold compresses – Pain can be reduced by applying cold and hot compresses to the painful area. It is good to apply heat to relax the muscles around the joint. If the joint is swollen, apply cold ice.
3. Massage – Massage the painful area with warm oil. Heat mustard or sesame oil. Then add 5-8 cloves of garlic to it. Boil the garlic cloves in oil well and remove the pot from the heat. Use this oil at least two to three times.
4. Exercise – Osteoarthritis patients are advised to do exercises that can strengthen the muscles around the joint. However, in case of rheumatoid arthritis, light exercise is recommended.
5. Healthy diet is most important – Joint pain increases for some foods. This list includes foods high in fat and carbohydrates. Eat these in small quantities.
